Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Bublio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a school, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

The service

Bublio lets you create bubble-sheet exams, print them, and grade completed sheets using a phone or uploaded photos, with optional AI assistance. We may improve, change, or add features over time.

Accounts

• You're responsible for your account, for keeping your password secure, and for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• School admins are responsible for the teachers and student information they add.

Acceptable use

Don't use Bublio to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload content you don't have the right to, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to store data you're not permitted to process.

Plans, billing & refunds

• Bublio offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Prices and limits are shown on our pricing page and in-app.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through PayPal and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then reverts to Free.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If something goes wrong, contact us — we're reasonable.
• Custom or invoiced plans are governed by the specific terms agreed with your school.

Your content

You keep ownership of the exams, keys, student information, and images you put into Bublio. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that content to provide the service. We process student information as described in our Privacy Policy and DPA.

Availability & accuracy

We work hard to keep Bublio accurate and available, but automated grading — especially from photos — can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them.Bublio flags unclear marks for review, but final grades are your responsibility. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bublio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Bublio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we're required to act on. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll update the date above and notify admins of material changes. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
